This image is from a series I snapped yesterday in between the raindrops. This wasn't one of the best and I have a few questions.
When I set the camera to take this photo it was focused on the closest flower and was in focus. When I pressed the button, it would not take the photo, I backed up slightly, the camera lens self adjusted and then took the photo. It focused on the light not the closest flower. Would it not let me take the photo the first time because I was to close to the flower? And why did the lens adjust if I am in Manual? I am shooting with a Canon Rebel.
I am in MF on the lens...?
